Oh my!
These are the types of animals found in Adri Rachelle’s home menagerie, which she calls her “little piece of paradise.”
The 31-year-old animal lover and dog walker shares her 11,000-square-foot house with 90 rescue pets and documents her crazy fur-and-feather-filled life on YouTube.
From Bilbo Baggins the mule to Frodo the spaniel, the majority of Adri’s animals are named after characters from J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings.
Adri has a 10-foot-wide bed that was specifically built to fit her and her animals. Even the pigs and rats take naps with her! There are also tree branches built into the headboard so the birds can sleep with her, too.
In order to keep her household running, Adri spends upward of $10,000 every year on medical bills and pet food. She spent $10,000 animal-proofing her guest house to accommodate her birds and pigs, in addition to cameras set up throughout her property to monitor activity happening at any given time.
Adri is constantly cleaning cages and picking up poop, but says she wouldn’t have it any other way.
“I’ve always loved animals,” Adri told SWNS. “I don’t think anyone is surprised that I’m living like this.”
In the video, Adri takes viewers on a tour of her unbelievable home.
