An exasperated Canadian man caught his impatient dog blasting his car horn when leaving a public building and the video has gone viral.
As human beings, we all share some common traits that are pretty recognizable across the board, like joy, sadness, anger, fatigue, and even just sheer impatience.
What we too easily tend to forget, though, is that some of these feelings aren’t specific only to people, which is exactly what we see when we watch this video of an irritated dog letting his dad know just exactly how he feels about being left in the car.

This hilarious boxer dog’s human went in for a swim at the local public pool in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada on November 17th last fall.
Being that it wasn’t a hot day at all, he knew his dog would be safe if he left the windows cracked, so he decided to bring him along while he went in for a dip.
While we’re sure the dog was grateful to go, it seems he didn’t count on being left alone for very long.
Just like with humans, it’s easy for a dog to be disappointed, bored, and tired. It’s also easy, as this video shows, for them to get all together fed up with human antics.
After enough time had passed, as far as the dog was concerned, he started to grow impatient.
When he realized that his human had no intentions of hurrying back to his pooch so they could continue their car ride, he decided that he was done waiting.
We don’t know where he learned it, but the dog knew what to do if he was going to get his owner’s attention.
While most dogs would simply start in with their most deafening groans and barks to get their person’s attention, this impatient dog knew that there was another, much more effective way to get what he wanted.
Without a second thought, the dog climbed over into the driver’s seat and laid his big ol’ paw right into the horn, letting off a blast that couldn’t be ignored by anybody.
Sure enough, this irritated boxer’s antics worked like a charm and his owner came hurrying to put a stop to the blasting horn.
The owner had told his wife that at first, he thought it was a stranger in the car, hitting the horn by accident.
“My husband was leaving the pool and heard a really loud and continuous car horn coming from the parking lot. At first he thought there was a person sitting in the front seat of the car leaning on the horn, but as he got closer he realised it was a dog. He started filming and as he got closer he could see the dog’s paw pushing on the horn.”
Once the owner realized it was the dogs, you can hear him laugh and say “You’ve got to be kidding me!”
As the owner rushes over to the car and tries to get his dog to ease off the horn, you can see that this is one boxer who doesn’t put up with anyone’s crap, not even his own human’s!
While the entire scenario was unbelievably funny, we’d have to say it’s pretty unanimous across the global sea of viewers that the funniest part about the entire thing was the dog’s clearly cavalier attitude toward his owner’s hurried efforts to get him to stop honking the horn.
As the owner urges the impatient boxer to let up off the horn, the dog turns to him with a look on his face that’s priceless!
With a face completely bereft of any emotion, doggy or otherwise, the boxer just stares blankly at his embarrassed owner.
The facial expression of his dog was so hilarious that even the owner had to let out an incredulous belly laugh before figuring out how to get his dog to move over.
