Sometimes people have makeovers for vanity’s sake…
…but for Charlie the homeless dog, a makeover meant the difference between life and death:
Found on the side of a road, he was covered in dirt and matted hair.
He was later taken to a Los Angeles shelter…
…unfortunately, this was also a high kill shelter.
In places like these, dogs like Charlie last no longer than one week.
That’s when Hollywood Grooming stepped him and gave him a second chance at life…
